No. Buvvo charges a flat monthly subscription, never a percentage of your revenue. Your processor (Paystack/Flutterwave) takes their usual ~1.5%.

Yes, Paystack and Flutterwave handle FX for international cards. The vendor sees Naira-equivalent payouts.

Yes. Everything is end-to-end encrypted in transit, AES-256 at rest, hosted on AWS Africa (Cape Town). We're SOC 2 Type II as of March 2026.

Nobody outside your team and the model. We do not train shared models on your chat content, every fine-tune stays in your account. Audit logs are downloadable.

You can export everything (chats, catalog, orders, customer list) as CSV or via API on any plan. Deletion is permanent and runs within 30 days of cancellation.
