Track and fulfil orders

Every order appears in Selling → Orders, linked to the conversation it came from, so you always have the context.

  1. Open Selling → Orders to see new and in-progress orders.
  2. Open an order to see the items, the customer, the amount and the linked chat.
  3. Update its status as you go — confirmed, packed, out for delivery, fulfilled.
  4. Jump back to the chat from the order to send tracking or a thank-you.
Keeping order status current is what makes your Stats (Shop → Stats) trustworthy — revenue and fulfilment numbers come straight from here.
