Pause your shop (going on break)

When you need to step away — travel, restock, a public holiday — pausing tells customers what’s happening rather than leaving them hanging.

  1. Open Account → Settings.
  2. Turn on the “Pause shop” toggle.
  3. Set the away message customers should see while you’re paused.
  4. Switch it back off when you reopen.
Pair this with the bot’s fallback message so anyone who writes in still gets a clear, friendly “we’re back on [date]”.
