When you need to step away — travel, restock, a public holiday — pausing tells customers what’s happening rather than leaving them hanging.
- Open Account → Settings.
- Turn on the “Pause shop” toggle.
- Set the away message customers should see while you’re paused.
- Switch it back off when you reopen.
Pair this with the bot’s fallback message so anyone who writes in still gets a clear, friendly “we’re back on [date]”.
