Most shops are fully live in under 10 minutes. Here’s the order we recommend, with the slow steps first.
- Connect WhatsApp (≈90 seconds) — Shop → WhatsApp.
- Add a few products (≈3 minutes) — Selling → Products → Add product. You don’t need your whole catalog, just what you sell most.
- Wire up a checkout (≈2 minutes) — Selling → Payments → connect Paystack or Flutterwave, or turn on bank-transfer checkout.
- Set the bot’s greeting and tone — Inbox → My bot. Leave it in draft mode for now.
- Send yourself a test message on WhatsApp and reply from the Buvvo inbox to see the full loop.
You can take orders the moment WhatsApp is connected — products and payments make selling faster, but they’re not blockers for replying to customers.
