After signing up, Buvvo asks five short questions. They are not busywork — each one tunes how your shop and AI bot behave from day one. Two are required; three you can skip and set later.
- City — where you sell from. Helps with delivery copy and timezone. (Required)
- WhatsApp number — the Business number you want to connect. (Required)
- Average order value — a rough naira figure so analytics and AI suggestions make sense from the start.
- Brand vibe — Warm & friendly, Pidgin-flavoured, Formal & precise, or Just the facts. This seeds the AI bot’s tone of voice.
- Brand colour — used across your store page and receipts.
City and WhatsApp number can’t be skipped — the backend needs them to finish creating your shop. The other three show a “Skip for now” option.
Anything you skip or want to change later lives in Settings and in My bot → Tone of voice. Onboarding just gives you a sensible starting point.
Pick the vibe closest to how you already talk to customers. You can fine-tune the exact wording later by training the bot on your real replies.
