Invite teammates and set inbox roles

Adding your team means customers get answered faster and you’re not the only one with the phone. Invites live in Account → My team.

  1. Open Account → My team and click “Invite”.
  2. Enter the person’s email or phone.
  3. Choose their role — this controls what they can see and do.
  4. Send the invite; they accept and join your shared inbox.
Plans include seats: Free is single-seat, Growth includes 5, Scale includes 20. Extra seats are ₦1,800/mo each on any paid plan.
