Buvvo has six roles. Each has clear permissions, documented in Account → My team. Give people the least access that lets them do their job.
- Owner — full control, including billing and transferring the shop. There’s one owner.
- Admin — manage the shop, team, products and settings, but not ownership.
- Inbox Agent — answer chats and handle customers; the day-to-day inbox role.
- Cashier — focused on orders and payments.
- Analyst — read access to Stats and reports.
- View-only — can look, but not change anything.
Hiring temporary help for a busy period? Inbox Agent or View-only keeps them useful without exposing payments or settings.
