There’s one Owner per shop. Transferring ownership moves billing control and full access to another person.
- Make sure the new owner is already on the team (invite them first if not).
- Open Account → My team and find their member entry.
- Choose “Transfer ownership” and confirm.
- You become an Admin; they become Owner.
This is a sensitive change — only the current Owner can do it, and you’ll confirm before it takes effect. If you’re selling the shop, do this last, after everything else is handed over.
