Transfer shop ownership

There’s one Owner per shop. Transferring ownership moves billing control and full access to another person.

  1. Make sure the new owner is already on the team (invite them first if not).
  2. Open Account → My team and find their member entry.
  3. Choose “Transfer ownership” and confirm.
  4. You become an Admin; they become Owner.
This is a sensitive change — only the current Owner can do it, and you’ll confirm before it takes effect. If you’re selling the shop, do this last, after everything else is handed over.
