When you click “Connect WhatsApp”, Buvvo opens Meta’s embedded signup. This is Meta’s own secure flow — your Facebook password is never seen by Buvvo. Here’s what each screen wants.
- Log in to Facebook/Meta with the account that manages (or will manage) your business.
- Choose a Meta Business — pick your existing one, or let the flow create a new one named after your shop.
- Choose or create a WhatsApp Business Account, then select the phone number to connect.
- Verify the number with the code Meta sends by SMS or call.
- Grant Buvvo permission to send and receive messages on that number. The popup closes and Buvvo shows “Connected”.
If you don’t have a Meta Business yet, that’s fine — the flow creates one for you. You don’t need to set anything up in Meta Business Suite beforehand.
Use a laptop for the first connection if you can. The Meta popup is easier to read than on a phone.
