The Shop → WhatsApp page shows your connection status. If it’s not green, here’s how to read it and what to do.
“Not set on Meta yet”
The number isn’t fully registered on the Business API. Re-run the connect flow from Shop → WhatsApp → Connect WhatsApp and make sure you complete the verification code step in the Meta popup.
Connection dropped
- Open Shop → WhatsApp and check the status banner.
- Click “Reconnect” and re-confirm the number in the Meta popup.
- If Meta asks you to re-verify, complete the SMS/call code.
Quality or messaging-limit warnings
Meta rates each number’s quality based on how customers react to your messages. Too many blocks or “not interested” reports can lower your limit. Keep it healthy by only messaging people who messaged you first, and by keeping the AI’s no-touch list on for cold first-contacts.
