Save time with quick replies (templates)

Quick replies are saved messages you can drop into any chat in a tap. They live in Inbox → Quick replies.

  1. Open Inbox → Quick replies.
  2. Create a reply and give it a short, memorable name (e.g. “delivery-lagos”).
  3. In any chat, pull up your quick replies and pick one to insert it.
Quick replies are great for facts that don’t change — bank details, delivery timelines, store address. Let the AI handle the conversational, varying answers.
