Set your bot's language (English, Pidgin, Yoruba & more)

The bot is trained on real Nigerian market chat, not translated copy, so it lands the way your customers actually talk.

  • English, Pidgin and Yoruba — at production parity, ready for everyday use.
  • Igbo and Hausa — currently in beta.

Set the default

  1. Open Inbox → My bot → Default language.
  2. Pick the language you want drafts written in by default.
  3. Save. The bot still understands customers who switch languages mid-chat — this just sets its starting point.
Yoruba auto-replies are now generally available. Igbo and Hausa work well in beta but may occasionally need a quick edit before you send.
