Train the AI on your tone with 10 sample messages

6 min readUpdated May 2026

Out of the box the bot uses the vibe you picked during onboarding. To make it actually sound like you, give it examples of how you really reply.

  1. Open Inbox → My bot → Tone of voice.
  2. Paste in about 10 of your best past replies — the ones that feel most “you”.
  3. Include a mix: a greeting, a price answer, a polite “no”, a closing line.
  4. Save. The bot clones your slang, sign-offs and rhythm from those examples.
Real chats beat polished copy. If you call people “sis” or end with a specific sign-off, leave it in — that’s exactly what the bot should pick up.
Most shops fine-tune the tone twice in the first month, then leave it alone. You can re-train any time without losing your other settings.
